Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller
This notice is provided by Dijimind Reklam Yazılım ve İK Hiz. Ltd. Şti. ("Dijimind"), acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), regarding the processing of personal data of visitors to diji-mind.com.

2. Personal Data We Process
- Contact data: Name, e-mail address, phone number, company information and message content you share when you reach out to us by e-mail.
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, and access date/time logs generated during your visit.
- Cookie data: Limited cookie information required for the site to function (see the Cookie Policy for details).
3. Purposes of Processing
- Handling your contact requests and proposal processes,
- Operating, securing and improving the website,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal Bases
Your personal data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of KVKK: processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Where none of these apply, your explicit consent is sought.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, e-mail and similar services) to the extent required by the service, and with competent public authorities where legally required. Where infrastructure providers are located abroad, transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.
6. Retention
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes and the minimum retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; request notification of these operations to third parties to whom data has been transferred; object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damages.

8. Changes
Dijimind may update this notice in line with changes in legislation and business processes. The current version is always published on this page.
